For a glass
Ingredients
30 ml (1oz) Gin
15 ml (1/2 oz) La Botanique Spiced Syrup
15 ml (1/2 oz) Lemon juice
H77 Orchard Rosé
Sugar and nutmeg
Cinnamon stick
Powdered sugar
Ice cubes
Preparation
Mix sugar and nutmeg (see note)
Put a few ice cubes in a glass, pour the gin, syrup and lemon juice into it
Top with H77 Orchard Rosé
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top

Apple and crabapple juice
Notes
- Moisten the edge of the glass with lemon juice
- Delicately dip and turn the edge of the glass in sugar
- Let the glass dry before pouring the cocktail into it
