SOUR APPLE & CINNAMON AMARETTO

30ml (1 oz) Amaretto from Quebec (Avrik or Miele)

15 ml (1/2 oz) Gin

30 ml (1 oz) H77 Apple juice

22ml (3/4 oz) Lemon juice

8 ml (1/4 oz) H77 maple syrup

1 pinch of grated cinnamon

1 cinnamon stick

Ice cubes

Pour all of the ingredients into a Shaker

Add ice cubes and shake vigorously

Filter twice through a fine strainer into a glass

Garnish with a cinnamon stick
