CARMELLE’S APPLE BUTTER

At the top of the list of our favorite family recipe: Carmelle's apple butter. Pure happiness on pancakes, toast or even with a spoon.
Butter
Ingredients
2 liters (8 cups) apples, peeled, thinly sliced
150 ml (⅔ cup) maple syrup
125 ml (½ cup) softened butter
Preparation
Cook the apples with the maple syrup until they become pureed.
Place the mixture in a blender to obtain a homogeneous puree.
Add the butter and continue to mix until you obtain a whitish puree.
