THE BORDUAS

This local sangria was created by Brigitte as part of our cocktail creation competition. with its rum with Nordic aromatics, apple juice from our orchard and a few fresh cranberries, it's a pitcher of happiness that we appreciate, whatever the season.

For a pitcher

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of red wine of your choice

  • 90 ml (3oz) Chic Choc Spiced Rum

  • 1 bottle of H77 apple/strawberry/raspberry juice

  • A slice of orange

  • Mint leaf

  • A few cranberries

Preparation

  • In a large pitcher, mix the red wine and Chic Choc spiced rum

  • Add the H77 apple/strawberry/raspberry juice

  • Add the orange slices and the mint

  • Gently stir and refrigerate for an hour

  • Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes

  • Decorate with a mint leaf and a few cranberries
