BOREAL APPLE
For a glass
Ingredients
38 ml (1 ¼ oz) Boréal alcohol-free gin from Mr.Cocktail
15 ml (½ oz) Labrador tea syrup
1 can (355 ml) H77 sparkling apple juice
A sprig of rosemary
Preparation
In a glass, pour all the ingredients except the sparkling apple juice.
Top with sparkling apple juice.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Decorate with a sprig of rosemary.
