BOREAL APPLE

For a glass

Ingredients

  • 38 ml (1 ¼ oz) Boréal alcohol-free gin from Mr.Cocktail

  • 15 ml (½ oz) Labrador tea syrup

  • 1 can (355 ml) H77 sparkling apple juice

  • A sprig of rosemary

Preparation

  • In a glass, pour all the ingredients except the sparkling apple juice.

  • Top with sparkling apple juice.

  • Stir using a mixing spoon.

  • Decorate with a sprig of rosemary.
