SYLVIE’S MAPLE SQUARE

22 ml (3/4 oz) Chic Choc Spiced rum
22 ml (3/4 oz) Quartz Vodka
75 ml (2 ½ oz) H77 Apple juice
75 ml (2 ½ oz) Bull’s Head Ginger Ale
Cinnamon stick
In a glass filled with ice cubes, pour the rum, the vodka, the apple juice and the ginger ale
Add the cinnamon stick and stir
Garnish with a branch of Balsam fir
