APPLE PIE

For a glass

Ingredients

  • 22 ml (3/4 oz) Chic Choc Spiced rum

  • 22 ml (3/4 oz) Quartz Vodka

  • 75 ml (2 ½ oz) H77 Apple juice

  • 75 ml (2 ½ oz) Bull’s Head Ginger Ale

  • Cinnamon stick

Preparation

  • In a glass filled with ice cubes, pour the rum, the vodka, the apple juice and the ginger ale

  • Add the cinnamon stick and stir

  • Garnish with a branch of Balsam fir
