CLAP THE APPLE

For our neighbor and friends form the Brouërie. A recipe that makes us want to clap the apple, open your beer, pour the vodka and grind the cinnamon.

For a glass

Ingredients

  • 38 ml (1 ¼ oz) Quartz Vodka

  • 60 ml (2 oz) H77 Apple juice

  • 2 lines of Tabasco sauce

  • H77 Sparkling Apple juice

  • 1 can of ‘The Aperitf’ beer from La Brouërie Sutton

  • Cinnamon

  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  • Pour the vodka, apple juice and Tabasco sauce directly into a balloon glass with ice cubes

  • Top with the beer and sparkling apple juice

  • Stir gently and sprinkle with cinnamon
