THE GAUTIER

For our neighbor and friends form the Brouërie. A recipe that makes us want to clap the apple, open your beer, pour the vodka and grind the cinnamon.
38 ml (1 ¼ oz) Quartz Vodka
60 ml (2 oz) H77 Apple juice
2 lines of Tabasco sauce
H77 Sparkling Apple juice
1 can of ‘The Aperitf’ beer from La Brouërie Sutton
Cinnamon
Ice cubes
Pour the vodka, apple juice and Tabasco sauce directly into a balloon glass with ice cubes
Top with the beer and sparkling apple juice
Stir gently and sprinkle with cinnamon
