THE GAUTIER

You don't have to be a mixologist to create a good drink. As part of a contest we organized, Isabelle's cocktail immediately stood out. We appreciate it for its simplicity, its freshness and its balsam fir branch (a very Quebecois signature).

For a glass

Ingredients

  • 60ml (2oz) Ungava Ginger Gin

  • 120 ml (4oz) H77 Sparkling apple juice

  • 2 or 3 cranberries

  • A branch of balsam fir

  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  • In a glass filled with ice cubes, pour the gin and add cranberries.

  • Pour the H77 Sparkling apple juice and gently stir

  • Garnish with the balsam fir branch
