SYLVIE’S MAPLE SQUARE

You don't have to be a mixologist to create a good drink. As part of a contest we organized, Isabelle's cocktail immediately stood out. We appreciate it for its simplicity, its freshness and its balsam fir branch (a very Quebecois signature).
60ml (2oz) Ungava Ginger Gin
120 ml (4oz) H77 Sparkling apple juice
2 or 3 cranberries
A branch of balsam fir
Ice cubes
In a glass filled with ice cubes, pour the gin and add cranberries.
Pour the H77 Sparkling apple juice and gently stir
Garnish with the balsam fir branch
