THE GAUTIER
By IsabelleYou don't have to be a mixologist to create a good drink. As part of a contest we organized, Isabelle's cocktail immediately stood out. We appreciate it for its simplicity, its freshness and its balsam fir branch (a very Quebecois signature).
For a glass
Ingredients
60ml (2oz) Ungava Ginger Gin
120 ml (4oz) H77 Sparkling apple juice
2 or 3 cranberries
A branch of balsam fir
Ice cubes
Preparation
In a glass filled with ice cubes, pour the gin and add cranberries.
Pour the H77 Sparkling apple juice and gently stir
Garnish with the balsam fir branch
