SYLVIE’S MAPLE SQUARE

200 ml (7 oz) H77 Honeycrisp Apple juice
22 ml (¾ oz) Lemon juice
5 ml (1 tsp) honey
Cinnamon stick
Lemon slice
In a small saucepan, gently heat the apple juice with the cinnamon stick, lemon juice and honey.
Allow to simmer lightly, then pour into a cup.
Garnish with a lemon slice.
